人胎腦各部位Nestin陽性表達(dá)及其意義

【摘要】:目的:觀察人胎腦各部分有無Nestin陽性細(xì)胞存在,探索中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)損傷修復(fù)治療中神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞的來源問題。 方法:收集胎齡為三個(gè)月左右的自愿終止妊娠引產(chǎn)的正常胚胎3例。應(yīng)用HE染色和免疫細(xì)胞化學(xué)方法觀察人胎腦室管膜下區(qū)、海馬、紋狀體、丘腦、嗅球、皮層、腦干、小腦、脊髓的Nestin陽性細(xì)胞。 結(jié)果:分別在人胎腦室管膜下區(qū)、海馬、紋狀體、丘腦、嗅球、皮層等部位發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)量不等的Nestin陽性表達(dá)細(xì)胞,而在腦干、小腦、脊髓未發(fā)現(xiàn)Nestin陽性細(xì)胞。 結(jié)論:人胎腦室管膜下區(qū)、海馬、紋狀體、丘腦、嗅球、皮層等部位發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)量不等的Nestin陽性表達(dá)細(xì)胞。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the origin of neural stem cells in the repair of central nervous system injury (CNS) by observing the presence of Nestin positive cells in various parts of human fetal brain. Methods: 3 cases of normal embryos whose gestational age was about 3 months were collected. The Nestin positive cells in the subependymal area, hippocampus, striatum, thalamus, olfactory bulb, cortex, brain stem, cerebellum and spinal cord of human fetal brain were observed by HE staining and immunocytochemistry. Results: Nestin positive cells were found in subependymal area, hippocampus, striatum, thalamus, olfactory bulb and cortex of human fetal brain, but no Nestin positive cells were found in brain stem, cerebellum and spinal cord. Conclusion: Nestin positive cells were found in subependymal area, hippocampus, striatum, thalamus, olfactory bulb and cortex of human fetal brain.
