【摘要】：目的:觀察人胎腦各部分有無Nestin陽性細胞存在,探索中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)損傷修復治療中神經(jīng)干細胞的來源問題。 方法:收集胎齡為三個月左右的自愿終止妊娠引產(chǎn)的正常胚胎3例。應用HE染色和免疫細胞化學方法觀察人胎腦室管膜下區(qū)、海馬、紋狀體、丘腦、嗅球、皮層、腦干、小腦、脊髓的Nestin陽性細胞。 結果:分別在人胎腦室管膜下區(qū)、海馬、紋狀體、丘腦、嗅球、皮層等部位發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)量不等的Nestin陽性表達細胞,而在腦干、小腦、脊髓未發(fā)現(xiàn)Nestin陽性細胞。 結論:人胎腦室管膜下區(qū)、海馬、紋狀體、丘腦、嗅球、皮層等部位發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)量不等的Nestin陽性表達細胞。
[Abstract]:Objective : To observe the presence of Nestin - positive cells in each part of human fetal brain and to explore the origin of neural stem cells in the treatment of central nervous system injury .








Methods : Three cases of normal embryos induced by spontaneous termination of pregnancy were collected from three months . HE staining and immunohistochemical method were used to observe the Nestin - positive cells in the subventricular zone , hippocampus , striatum , thalamus , olfactory bulb , cortex , brain stem , cerebellum and spinal cord of human fetal brain .








Results : Nestin - positive cells were found in the area , hippocampus , striatum , thalamus , olfactory bulb , cortex , etc . of human fetal brain , while Nestin - positive cells were found in brain stem , cerebellum and spinal cord .








Conclusion : Nestin - positive expression cells were found in the inferior region , hippocampus , striatum , thalamus , olfactory bulb , cortex , etc . of human fetal brain .
