【摘要】： 目的:通過評估新疆石河子大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)碩士研究生主觀幸福感的現(xiàn)狀,借以了解醫(yī)學(xué)碩士研究生的人格特征、應(yīng)對方式對主觀幸福感的影響及與其心理健康的相互關(guān)系,為高校研究生心理健康教育提供依據(jù)。 方法:于2006年3月-2006年7月采用整群抽樣的方法,以新疆石河子大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院2003級、2004級、2005級所有在讀碩士研究生237名作為研究對象總體。年齡為22～37歲。采用總體幸福感量表(GWB)、應(yīng)對方式問卷(CSQ)、艾森克個性問卷(EPQ)、90項癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)。全部資料通過上�；菡\心理測驗軟件匯總,并用SPSS11.0版軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理。 結(jié)果:1、三個年級在讀醫(yī)學(xué)碩士研究生的總體幸福感量表總分平均為114.00±12.67,醫(yī)學(xué)生的主觀幸福感處于中等偏上水平;2、外向與幸福感總分存在顯著正相關(guān)(p0.01),神經(jīng)質(zhì)與幸福感總分存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(p0.01);3、醫(yī)學(xué)碩士研究生應(yīng)對方式與主觀幸福感總分不存在相關(guān)關(guān)系(p0.05);4、癥狀自評量表中總分及抑郁因子與幸福感總分存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(p0.01);5、醫(yī)學(xué)碩士研究生在軀體化、人際關(guān)系、敵對三個因子上得分均低于全國常模,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(p0.05);6、醫(yī)學(xué)碩士研究生心理問題陽性檢出率為13%,以強(qiáng)迫、人際關(guān)系敏感、抑郁癥狀較突出;7、不同年級、年齡、性別、婚姻狀況、生源地、專業(yè)方向、工作經(jīng)歷對醫(yī)學(xué)碩士研究生主觀幸福感的影響均無顯著性差異(p0.05)。 結(jié)論:醫(yī)學(xué)碩士研究生的人格特征與主觀幸福感存在相關(guān)關(guān)系,并成為影響主觀幸福感的重要因素。心理健康是影響醫(yī)學(xué)碩士研究生主觀幸福感的主要因素之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the present situation of subjective well-being of medical graduate students in Shihezi University, Xinjiang, so as to understand the personality characteristics, the influence of coping style on subjective well-being and the relationship between subjective well-being and mental health. To provide basis for mental health education of graduate students in colleges and universities. Methods: from March 2006 to July 2006, a total of 237 graduate students were selected from the Medical College of Shihezi University of Xinjiang, China, from March 2006 to July 2006. The age is 2237. Total well-being scale (GWBN), coping style questionnaire (CSQ) and Eysenck Personality questionnaire (Eysenck Personality questionnaire) were used to measure 90 items of symptom checklist (SCL-90). All the data were collected by Shanghai Huicheng Psychological Test Software, and the data were processed by SPSS11.0 software. Results the average total score of general well-being scale for medical graduate students in three grades was 114.00 鹵12.67. The subjective well-being of medical students was at the upper middle level. There was a significant positive correlation between extroversion and total score of well-being (p 0.01), neuroticism and happiness. There was a significant negative correlation between the total score of feeling and the total score of subjective well-being. There was no correlation between the coping style and the total score of subjective well-being. There was a significant negative correlation between the total score of SCL-90 and the total score of depression and the total score of well-being. Graduate students in somatization, The scores of the three factors of interpersonal relationship and hostility were all lower than that of the national norm, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The positive rate of psychological problems of medical graduate students was 13. The positive rate was obsessive, sensitive to interpersonal relationship, prominent in depressive symptoms, different grades and ages. There was no significant difference in the influence of sex, marital status, place of origin, professional direction and work experience on subjective well-being of medical graduate students (P 0.05). Conclusion: the personality characteristics of medical graduate students are related to subjective well-being, and become an important factor to affect subjective well-being. Mental health is one of the main factors affecting subjective well-being of medical graduate students.
