【摘要】：白念珠菌生物對(duì)多種傳統(tǒng)抗真菌藥物高度耐藥,日益增多的白念珠菌生物膜相關(guān)感染引起抗真菌藥物治療的失敗加重了患者及社會(huì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),這已經(jīng)成為臨床醫(yī)生所面臨的重要問題。該文旨在闡明白念珠菌生物膜的臨床重要性,并從多方面闡述白念珠菌生物膜的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、形成機(jī)制、防治現(xiàn)狀的最新研究進(jìn)展,為白念珠菌的研究及臨床防治策略提供參考。
[Abstract]:Candida albicans are highly resistant to a variety of traditional antifungal drugs. The failure of the treatment of antifungal drugs caused by the increasing biofilm-associated infections of Candida albicans has increased the economic burden of patients and society. This has become an important problem facing clinicians. The purpose of this article is to clarify the clinical importance of Candida albicans biofilm, and to expound the structural characteristics, formation mechanism, prevention and control status of Candida albicans biofilm from many aspects, and to provide references for the study of Candida albicans and clinical prevention and treatment strategies.
