【摘要】：目的對比江西星子地域株湖沼型肋殼釘螺、江西玉山地域株山區(qū)型肋殼釘螺和四川彭山地域株山區(qū)型光殼釘螺在模擬江西省星子縣野外自然條件下放養(yǎng)4個月的存活率及其對同種血吸蟲的易感性差異。方法野外采集江西省星子地域株湖沼型肋殼釘螺、玉山地域株山區(qū)型肋殼釘螺和四川省彭山地域株山區(qū)型光殼釘螺,采用逸蚴法篩選出陰、陽性釘螺,用星子地域株陽性釘螺感染家兔,45 d后取家兔肝臟并獲得毛蚴,在26~30℃室溫和日光燈的照射下,以毛蚴數(shù)量與釘螺數(shù)量20∶1進行人工感染。感染后,將釘螺置于江西省星子縣血吸蟲病防治站進行室外模擬現(xiàn)場飼養(yǎng),4個月后回收釘螺,對比存活率,并采用逸蚴法對比其感染率。結(jié)果江西玉山山區(qū)型、四川彭山山區(qū)型釘螺均能在江西省星子縣模擬自然條件下存活,但其存活率較江西星子湖沼型釘螺顯著降低(P0.001);江西星子湖沼型釘螺和江西玉山山區(qū)型釘螺易感染江西星子地區(qū)血吸蟲毛蚴,且前者的感染率明顯高于后者(P0.001),四川彭山山區(qū)型釘螺不易感染該血吸蟲毛蚴。結(jié)論山區(qū)型釘螺可以在湖沼地區(qū)存活,其存活率與湖沼型釘螺不同;湖沼型釘螺和山區(qū)型釘螺對同種血吸蟲的易感性不同。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare hupperus hupensis with lake-type ribbed shell in Xingzi region of Jiangxi Province.The survival rate and susceptibility to Schistosoma japonicum of hind snails of mountain type in Yushan region of Jiangxi Province and that of light shell snail species in mountain area of Pengshan region in Sichuan province were studied under simulated natural conditions in Xingzi county Jiangxi Province for 4 months.Methods Oncomelania hupensis was collected from Xingzi region, Jiangxi Province, Yushan region, Yushan region and Pengshan region, Sichuan Province, respectively. The negative and positive snails were screened by metacercosis method.After 45 days of positive snail infection, the liver of the rabbit was taken and the cercariae were obtained.
