椎動脈型頸椎病的應用解剖學研究

【摘要】: 目的:研究椎動脈走行Ⅱ段的顯微解剖結(jié)構(gòu),明確該段的各結(jié)構(gòu)以及彼此之間的關系,對重要結(jié)構(gòu)進行量化分析,為相關臨床科室治療椎動脈型頸椎病提供解剖學依據(jù)。 實驗方法:20具(40側(cè))10%甲醛固定的成人尸體標本,其中男性10具,女性10具。分別測量和觀察椎動脈的外徑和全長,椎動脈在橫突孔內(nèi)的位置,橫突孔的孔徑,鉤突尖至橫突孔內(nèi)側(cè)壁的距離,鉤突高度,以及椎動脈表面和周圍交感神經(jīng)的分布。并用統(tǒng)計軟件對測量數(shù)據(jù)進行處理。對重要結(jié)構(gòu)進行拍照。 實驗結(jié)果:我們通過統(tǒng)計學研究發(fā)現(xiàn)椎動脈的左右側(cè)比較以及男女性別比較,無顯著性差異。只有當椎動脈受到外界因素影響或椎動脈本身發(fā)育不良時,才能引起椎動脈缺血。通過標本觀察,橫突孔的絕對狹窄很少見,主要是相對狹窄,當鉤突關節(jié)增生肥大時,極易占據(jù)部分橫突孔空間而致椎動脈受壓,造成血流量減少。C5鉤突尖至橫突孔內(nèi)側(cè)壁的距離最小,C5鉤突高度較其它椎體高,故C5是椎動脈型頸椎病高發(fā)部位。椎動脈表面及周圍
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the microanatomical structure of the vertebral artery in the second segment, to clarify the structure of the segment and the relationship between them, and to quantitatively analyze the important structures so as to provide anatomic basis for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type in related clinical departments.Methods: 20 adult cadavers (10% formalin fixed in 40 sides) were collected, including 10 males and 10 females.The external diameter and length of the vertebral artery, the position of the vertebral artery in the transverse foramen, the aperture of the transverse foramen, the distance from the tip of the uncinate process to the lateral wall of the transverse foramen, the height of the uncinate process, and the distribution of sympathetic nerves on and around the vertebral artery were measured and observed.The measurement data are processed by statistical software.Take photographs of important structures.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the left and right side of vertebral artery and the sex comparison between male and female.Only when the vertebral artery is affected by external factors or the vertebral artery itself is dysplasia can it cause vertebral artery ischemia.The absolute stricture of the transverse foramen is rare, mainly relatively narrow. When the uncinate joint is hyperplastic, it is easy to occupy part of the transverse foramen space and cause the vertebral artery to be compressed.The distance between the tip of the uncinate process and the lateral wall of the transverse foramen was the smallest and the height of the C5 uncinate process was higher than that of the other vertebrae, so C5 was the most common site of cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type.Surface and surrounding of vertebral artery
