性激素對(duì)卵巢囊淋巴孔調(diào)控和卵巢囊淋巴孔的發(fā)育學(xué)研究

【摘要】:研究背景 卵巢囊是由聯(lián)系卵巢和闊韌帶的腹膜高度發(fā)育而成的一個(gè)包裹卵巢的囊樣結(jié)構(gòu),它與輸卵管遠(yuǎn)端相連,形成一個(gè)完全閉合的囊腔,稱為卵巢囊腔(ovarian bursal cavity),囊腔內(nèi)含有液體(bursal fluid)。卵巢囊腔為卵子正常生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育提供了一個(gè)相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的體液環(huán)境。Shinohara首先描述了金倉(cāng)鼠的卵巢囊內(nèi)壁上皮存在淋巴孔,并提出這些淋巴孔具有物質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)功能,可能影響卵巢發(fā)育和生殖。隨后,在歐洲海貍、豚鼠卵巢囊上皮以及人卵巢上皮都發(fā)現(xiàn)淋巴孔。但卵巢囊淋巴孔的研究多集中在形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)觀察,對(duì)其發(fā)育學(xué)和功能研究尤其是性激素對(duì)淋巴孔的干預(yù),尚鮮見報(bào)道。 研究目的 (1) 研究卵巢囊淋巴孔的超微結(jié)構(gòu)以揭示其作為卵巢囊腔內(nèi)物質(zhì)引流通路的結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ),探討卵巢與卵巢囊之間的相互作用,闡明卵巢囊及其淋巴孔具有重要的生殖意義。(2) 觀察性激素干預(yù)對(duì)小鼠卵巢囊淋巴孔的調(diào)控作用及對(duì)淋巴吸收的影響,并對(duì)其機(jī)制進(jìn)行了初步探討。(3) 對(duì)胚胎豚鼠和出生后各個(gè)時(shí)期的豚鼠卵巢囊淋巴孔進(jìn)行研究,為進(jìn)一步開展卵巢囊淋巴孔的功能研究提供發(fā)育學(xué)資料。 研究方法 (1) 通過(guò)光鏡、常規(guī)掃描電鏡、NaOH消化法和透射電鏡觀察小鼠卵巢囊及卵巢囊淋巴孔。(2) 性激素干預(yù)對(duì)小鼠卵巢囊淋巴孔的調(diào)控及對(duì)示蹤劑吸收的影響,并用Elescope計(jì)算機(jī)圖像處理軟件對(duì)卵巢囊淋巴孔作定量處理。(3)
[Abstract]:Background Ovarian sac is a highly developed peritoneum associated with the ovary and the broad ligament. It is a cystic structure surrounding the ovary. It is connected to the distal end of the fallopian tube to form a completely closed cystic cavity.It is called ovarian bursal cavity.It contains liquid bursal fluid.The ovarian cavity provides a relatively stable humoral environment for the normal growth and development of the egg. Shinohara first describes the existence of lymphatic pores in the inner wall of the ovarian cyst of the hamster, and suggests that these lymphatic pores have the function of substance transport.May affect ovarian development and reproduction.Subsequently, lymphatic foramen were found in European beavers, guinea pig ovarian sac epithelium and human ovarian epithelium.However, the study of ovarian cystic lymphatic foramen is mainly focused on morphological and structural observation. There are few reports on the development and function of ovarian cystic lymphatic foramen, especially on the intervention of sex hormone on lymphatic foramen.Objective 1) to study the ultrastructure of lymphatic foramen of ovarian cysts in order to reveal its structural basis as a pathway of material drainage in ovarian cyst, and to explore the interaction between ovary and ovarian capsule.To elucidate the important reproductive significance of ovarian sac and its lymphatic foramen. (2) to observe the effect of sex hormone intervention on the regulation of lymphatic foramen of ovarian sac in mice and its effect on lymphatic absorption.The mechanism of ovarian cystic lymphatic foramen in embryonic guinea pigs and postnatal guinea pigs was studied, which provided developmental data for further study on the function of ovarian cystic lymphatic foramen.Methods 1) the effects of sex hormone intervention on the regulation of ovarian sac and lymphatic foramen of ovary and the absorption of tracer in mice were observed by light microscope, routine scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and NaOH digestion and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).Quantitative analysis of ovarian cystic lymphatic foramen with Elescope image processing software
