【摘要】：研究目的：本研究采用動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法，將腹主動(dòng)脈及下腔靜脈暫時(shí)性阻斷，在阻斷部位下方以轉(zhuǎn)流泵為動(dòng)力，形成下腔靜脈—轉(zhuǎn)流泵—腹主動(dòng)脈—組織—下腔靜脈的人工循環(huán)，建立大白鼠腹主動(dòng)脈及下腔靜脈暫時(shí)性阻斷隔離循環(huán)灌注動(dòng)物模型；探討腹主動(dòng)脈下腔靜脈暫時(shí)性阻斷隔離循環(huán)灌注時(shí)間對(duì)鼠心率、呼吸，動(dòng)脈壓、血生化、肝腎臟功能、隔離灌注區(qū)肢體功能及健康狀況的影響；研究腹主動(dòng)脈及下腔靜脈暫時(shí)性阻斷隔離循環(huán)灌注下，ADM循環(huán)灌注的藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)特征；了解腹主動(dòng)脈及下腔靜脈暫時(shí)性阻斷、ADM隔離循環(huán)灌注化療對(duì)骨髓有核細(xì)胞凋亡、增殖的影響。 本研究主要包括以下三個(gè)部分： 一．腹主動(dòng)脈及下腔靜脈暫時(shí)性阻斷、半身隔離循環(huán)灌注大鼠模型的建立 二．腹主動(dòng)脈及下腔靜脈暫時(shí)性阻斷、ADM隔離循環(huán)灌注大鼠的藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)
[Abstract]:Objective: in this study, the abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava were temporarily blocked by animal experiment, and the pump was used as the driving force. Artificial circulation of inferior vena cava, bypass pump, abdominal aorta, tissue and inferior vena cava was formed to establish the animal model of isolated circulation perfusion by temporary blocking of abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava in rats. To investigate the effects of temporary occlusion of inferior aortic vena cava (IVC) on heart rate, respiration, arterial pressure, blood biochemistry, liver and kidney function, limb function and health status of rats. To study the pharmacokinetic characteristics of ADM circulatory perfusion in abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava (IVC), and to investigate the apoptosis of bone marrow nucleated cells induced by ADM isolated circulation infusion chemotherapy. The effect of proliferation. This research mainly includes the following three parts:. 1. Establishment of a rat model of temporary occlusion of abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava and hemispheres isolated circulation perfusion. 2. Pharmacokinetics of isolated circulatory perfusion of ADM by temporary occlusion of abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava in rats
