高校教師與大學(xué)生對(duì)自殺的態(tài)度及其相關(guān)因素的研究

【摘要】:前言 自殺是指?jìng)(gè)人在意識(shí)清楚的情況下,因社會(huì)心理沖突而產(chǎn)生的一種有計(jì)劃的、自愿地結(jié)束自己生命的行為。目前自殺是一種比較嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)公共衛(wèi)生問題。自殺率高低與其居民對(duì)自殺的態(tài)度具有密切的關(guān)系,有效的自殺預(yù)防必須以對(duì)公眾自殺態(tài)度的深入了解為基礎(chǔ)。研究公眾對(duì)自殺行為性質(zhì)、自殺者、自殺者家屬、安樂死的態(tài)度,都會(huì)對(duì)預(yù)防自殺起到有益的幫助和積極的作用。 青少年自殺人數(shù)在逐年增加,且有低齡化趨勢(shì)。社會(huì)變革引起人們思想觀念、價(jià)值取向、行為規(guī)范的深刻變化,使教師承受了巨大的心理壓力,勢(shì)必帶來群體性態(tài)度反常和行為紊亂,影響高校教師對(duì)自殺的看法。作為高等教育主體的高校教師,其對(duì)自殺的態(tài)度以及是否會(huì)影響大學(xué)生對(duì)自殺的態(tài)度,目前尚未見到報(bào)道。 材料和方法 本研究采取整群分層抽樣的方法,隨機(jī)抽取某校532名教師及1004名學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用自殺態(tài)度問卷(Suicide Attitude Questionnaire,QSA)對(duì)其進(jìn)行調(diào)查。QSA共29個(gè)條目,分4個(gè)維度:(1)F1—對(duì)自殺行為的態(tài)度,9項(xiàng);(2)F2—對(duì)自殺者的態(tài)度,10項(xiàng);(3)F3—對(duì)自殺者家屬的態(tài)度,5項(xiàng);(4)F4—對(duì)安樂死的態(tài)度,5項(xiàng)。每個(gè)條目按完全贊同、贊同、中立、不贊同、完全不贊同5級(jí)評(píng)分。計(jì)算每個(gè)維度的均分,以2.5和3.5分為兩個(gè)分界值,將其劃分為三個(gè)部分,≤2.5分認(rèn)為對(duì)自殺持肯定、認(rèn)可、理解和寬容的態(tài)度,2.5~3.5分為矛盾或中立態(tài)度,≥3.5認(rèn)為對(duì)自殺持反對(duì)、否定、
[Abstract]:Foreword. Suicide refers to a planned form of social and psychological conflict that occurs when individuals are clearly aware of it. The act of voluntarily ending one's life. At present, suicide is a serious social and public health problem. The suicide rate is closely related to the attitude of its residents towards suicide. Effective suicide prevention must be based on an in-depth understanding of the public's attitude towards suicide.
