【摘要】：[研究目的] 廣泛軟組織挫傷擠壓綜合征(wpc),在法醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)案例中時(shí)有發(fā)生,在一些他殺故意傷害案、虐待等案中,被害人被反復(fù)毆打或捆綁臀部、四肢、背部肌肉豐富部位所形成的廣泛皮下出血、軟組織廣泛創(chuàng)傷、肌肉挫傷出血等損傷。因傷情嚴(yán)重常導(dǎo)致急性腎功能衰竭或多器官功能衰竭機(jī)體死亡的嚴(yán)重后果。我國(guó)《刑法》第85條把它列入重傷的范圍;廣泛軟組織挫傷擠壓綜合征所造成的死亡案例,目前尚缺乏系統(tǒng)的病理形態(tài)學(xué)資料。為此本研究擬建立大鼠廣泛軟組織挫傷致擠壓綜合征動(dòng)物摸型,并對(duì)有價(jià)值的人體尸檢標(biāo)本進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)觀察,對(duì)法醫(yī)病理學(xué)檢驗(yàn)鑒定廣泛軟組織挫傷擠壓綜合征的案例積累了有價(jià)值的形態(tài)學(xué)資料,給法醫(yī)學(xué)鑒定重傷提供了科學(xué)性和準(zhǔn)確性,為我國(guó)刑法量罪定刑提供了可靠的依據(jù)。 [實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容與方法] 本課題采用大鼠廣泛軟組織挫傷模型及人體尸檢標(biāo)本,觀察不同程度體表面積軟組織挫傷擠壓綜合征的腎、腦、心
[Abstract]:[objective] extensive soft tissue contusion and compression syndrome occurs from time to time in forensic tests. In some cases, such as intentional homicide and ill-treatment, the victim is repeatedly beaten or tied to his buttocks, limbs, etc. Extensive subcutaneous bleeding and extensive soft tissue trauma due to the rich muscles in the back. The serious consequences of acute renal failure or multiple organ failure are often caused by serious injury. Article 85 of our country's Criminal Law includes it in the scope of serious injury; The death cases caused by extensive soft tissue contusion and crush syndrome are still lack of systematic pathomorphological data. This study aims to establish animal model of compression syndrome caused by extensive soft tissue contusion in rats. The valuable human autopsy specimens were tested and observed, and valuable morphological data were accumulated in the cases of extensive soft tissue contusion and crush syndrome identified by forensic pathology, which provided scientific and accurate evidence for forensic identification of severe injuries. It provides a reliable basis for the determination of the crime of quantity in criminal law of our country. [experimental contents and methods] in this study, the rat model of extensive soft tissue contusion and human autopsy specimens were used to observe the kidney, brain and heart of different degree of soft tissue contusion and crush syndrome of body surface area.
