【摘要】：正目前,腫瘤相關(guān)疾病是人類死亡的首要原因[1],嚴重影響人類生命健康,因此,深入探討其發(fā)病機制重要且必要。MicroRNA(miRNA)是由21~25個核苷酸組成的單鏈非編碼小RNA,其主要功能是通過介導靶基因轉(zhuǎn)錄體的降解抑制其翻譯,即從轉(zhuǎn)錄后水平上抑制相關(guān)基因的表達,影響細胞發(fā)育、分化、增殖和凋亡等多種生理病理過程。miRNA的
