先行組織者技術(shù)在系統(tǒng)脫敏治療中的應(yīng)用與創(chuàng)新

【摘要】:臨床心理學(xué)中有很多的治療方法,其中行為療法中的系統(tǒng)脫敏技術(shù)在某些治療領(lǐng)域取得了非常顯著的治療效果,,長時(shí)間被人們廣泛的應(yīng)用在心理咨詢與治療的臨床干預(yù)中。但是在以條件反射為理論基礎(chǔ)的行為主義,卻在某些領(lǐng)域有著其不可乎視的局限性。隨著認(rèn)識(shí)心理學(xué)研究的不斷深入與發(fā)展,心理學(xué)家對(duì)人心理結(jié)構(gòu)的機(jī)制分析有了更進(jìn)一步的研究。而本文正是在這個(gè)理論背景下,借鑒教育心理學(xué)中所提出的先行組織者技術(shù),提出將先行組織者技術(shù)與行為療法中的系統(tǒng)脫敏技術(shù)相結(jié)合,應(yīng)用在心理咨詢與治療的臨床干預(yù)中。同時(shí),在當(dāng)代認(rèn)知心理學(xué)用知識(shí)解釋智力的基礎(chǔ)上,提出用知識(shí)解釋行為,即從認(rèn)知結(jié)構(gòu)的深度去解釋人的行為。并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)系統(tǒng)脫敏療法的理論進(jìn)行了重新的詮釋,兩種方法的融合彌補(bǔ)了系統(tǒng)脫敏療法對(duì)于認(rèn)知領(lǐng)域無法干預(yù)的治療局限,也為臨床心理學(xué)提出了一種更加快捷有效的治療技術(shù)。 本研究主要分為三個(gè)部分,采用文獻(xiàn)綜述法和個(gè)案研究法。第一部分是理論綜述,探討了系統(tǒng)脫敏療法的發(fā)展歷史以及采用知識(shí)觀對(duì)其理論的重新詮釋,同時(shí)將先行組織者與系統(tǒng)脫敏療法融合的可行性提出了理論假設(shè)。第二部分是臨床實(shí)踐篇,應(yīng)用個(gè)案研究、問卷與訪談法,對(duì)強(qiáng)迫性學(xué)習(xí)分心問題的心理機(jī)制進(jìn)行了分析,同時(shí)針對(duì)兩例具有此類問題的大學(xué)生采用了新技術(shù)的干預(yù)并進(jìn)行了追蹤研究。進(jìn)一步證實(shí)了先行組織者與系統(tǒng)脫敏療法融合的可行性及有效性。第三部分通過對(duì)前兩部分的理論假設(shè)與臨床驗(yàn)證提出總的討論與結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:There are many treatments in clinical psychology, among which the systematic desensitization technique in behavioral therapy has achieved a very significant therapeutic effect in some therapeutic fields. It has long been widely used in clinical interventions in counseling and treatment. But in behaviorism, which is based on conditioned reflexes, With the development of cognitive psychology, psychologists have made further research on the mechanism of human psychological structure. Referring to the advanced organizer technology proposed in educational psychology, this paper proposes to combine the advance organizer technique with the systematic desensitization technique in behavioral therapy, and apply it to the clinical intervention of psychological counseling and treatment. On the basis of explaining intelligence with knowledge in contemporary cognitive psychology, it is proposed that the theory of systematic desensitization therapy should be reinterpreted on the basis of explaining behavior by knowledge, that is, from the depth of cognitive structure. The fusion of the two methods not only makes up for the limitation of systemic desensitization therapy but also provides a more rapid and effective treatment technique for clinical psychology. This research is divided into three parts: literature review method and case study method. The first part is a theoretical review, which discusses the development history of systemic desensitization therapy and the reinterpretation of its theory by knowledge view. At the same time, the feasibility of the combination of advance organizer and systemic desensitization therapy is put forward. The second part is clinical practice, case study, questionnaire and interview to analyze the psychological mechanism of obsessive-compulsive learning distraction. At the same time, two college students with such problems were treated with new technology and followed up. The feasibility and effectiveness of the combination of advance organizer and systemic desensitization therapy were further confirmed. In the third part, the feasibility and effectiveness of desensitization therapy were confirmed. The first two parts of the theoretical hypothesis and clinical validation put forward a general discussion and conclusions.
