【摘要】： 急救醫(yī)務人員的心理健康不僅關系到自身的發(fā)展，也影響工作質(zhì)量。隨著我國急診醫(yī)學的迅猛發(fā)展，社會對急救工作和醫(yī)務人員的要求越來越高，因而有必要評價急救工作人員的心理健康狀況，并找出影響心理健康的相關因素，以促進急救工作者的心理健康和急救工作的開展。 研究目的：了解目前急救人員心理健康狀況，研究影響心理健康的相關因素及其與心理健康的關系，為促進急救人員心理健康提供依據(jù)。 研究方法：采用橫斷面研究，應用自評問卷的方式，調(diào)查220名北京市急救中心及三級綜合醫(yī)院急診工作人員。 結果：急救工作人員心理健康狀況與工作緊張程度、工作滿意感和應對能力均有顯著正相關。不同的工作應激因素對心理健康狀況的影響存在高度顯著性差異(P＜0.01)。積極應對方式、社會支持與心理健康狀況呈顯著負相關；消極應對方式與心理健康狀況呈顯著正相關。 結論：急救工作人員工作應激因素與心理健康狀況關系密切，應對方式和社會支持是影響心理健康的重要因素。重視急救人員的心理衛(wèi)生狀況，，采取措施提高急救人員的心理素質(zhì)是非常必要的。
[Abstract]:The mental health of emergency medical personnel is not only related to their own development, but also affects the quality of their work. With the rapid development of emergency medicine in China, the social requirements for emergency work and medical personnel are becoming higher and higher. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the mental health status of the emergency workers and find out the relevant factors that affect the mental health, so as to promote the mental health of the first aid workers and the development of the first aid work. Objective: to investigate the mental health status of emergency workers, to study the related factors affecting mental health and the relationship between mental health and mental health, and to provide the basis for promoting the mental health of emergency workers. Methods: a cross-sectional study and self-assessment questionnaire were used to investigate 220 emergency workers in Beijing emergency center and 3-level general hospital. Results: the mental health status and work stress of emergency workers, There was significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and coping ability. There was significant difference in the influence of different work stress factors on mental health status (P < 0.01). Positive coping style and social support were negatively correlated with mental health status. Negative coping styles were positively correlated with mental health status. Conclusion: the work stress factors and mental health status of emergency workers are closely related. Coping style and social support are important factors affecting mental health. It is necessary to take measures to improve the psychological quality of emergency workers.
