【摘要】:本文由兩部分構(gòu)成。第一部分是關(guān)于成年大鼠5-羥色胺、5-羥色胺2A受體參與中樞呼吸調(diào)節(jié)的初步研究。第二部分是關(guān)于卵巢切除術(shù)后大鼠垂體前葉生長相關(guān)蛋白-43免疫反應(yīng)性及其與促性腺激素細(xì)胞的關(guān)系。 位于新生和成年哺乳動物延髓腹外側(cè)區(qū)的前包欽格復(fù)合體(pre-B(?)tzinger complex,pre-B(?)tC)被認(rèn)為是呼吸節(jié)律產(chǎn)生中樞。5-羥色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)作為一種重要的神經(jīng)遞質(zhì),在感覺和運動功能的調(diào)控中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用,其中也包括對呼吸節(jié)律的調(diào)節(jié);谀壳爸T多不同的電生理實驗結(jié)果而又缺乏基本的、必要的形態(tài)學(xué)實驗基礎(chǔ),我們試圖闡明5-HT、5-HT_(2A)受體(5-HT_(2A) receptor,,5-HT_(2A)R)與pre-B(?)tC神經(jīng)元之間的關(guān)系,為5-HT參與呼吸節(jié)律的調(diào)控提供形態(tài)學(xué)實驗依據(jù)。神經(jīng)激肽1受體(neurokinin-1 receptor,NK1R)已經(jīng)被廣泛地用做pre-B(?)tC神經(jīng)元的特異性標(biāo)記物。本實驗應(yīng)用NK1R標(biāo)記pre-B(?)tC神經(jīng)元,采用免疫熒光組織化學(xué)和ABC法結(jié)合免疫金-銀加強的免疫電鏡雙重標(biāo)記技術(shù),分別觀察了成年正常和慢性間斷性缺氧(chronic intermittent hypoxia,
[Abstract]:This paper consists of two parts. The first part is about the 5- of adult rat serotonin, a preliminary study on central respiratory regulation in 5- serotonin 2A receptor. The second part is about the anterior pituitary of rats following ovariectomy growth associated protein -43 immunoreactivity and its relationship with gonadotrophs.
In neonatal and adult mammalian ventrolateral medulla of the pre botinger complex (pre-B (?) tzinger complex, pre-B (?) tC) is considered to be the respiratory rhythm of central serotonin.5- (5-hydroxytryptamine, 5-HT) as an important neurotransmitter, play a key role in the regulation of sensory and motor function in the including the regulation of respiratory rhythm. Based on many different electrophysiological experiments and the lack of basic morphology, experimental basis necessary, we tried to clarify the 5-HT, 5-HT_ (2A) receptor (5-HT_ (2A) receptor, 5-HT_ (2A) R) and pre-B (?) tC relationship between neurons, morphology the experimental basis for 5-HT involved in regulation of respiratory rhythm. Neurokinin 1 receptor (neurokinin-1 receptor NK1R) has been widely used for pre-B (?) tC specific neuronal marker. The experimental application of NK1R marker pre-B (?) tC neurons by Immunofluorescence histochemistry and ABC combined with immunogold silver enhanced immunoelectron microscopy double labeling technique were used to observe adult normal and chronic intermittent hypoxia (chronic intermittent hypoxia, respectively).
