【摘要】: 口吃、遺尿作為兩種典型的心身疾病,在幼兒階段發(fā)病率高。口吃、遺尿患兒由于其病因的多樣性、復(fù)雜性,矯治時程長、見效慢,導(dǎo)致幼兒在患病期間由于不正確的教養(yǎng)方式、不良家庭環(huán)境、父母的寵溺或苛責(zé)等,使幼兒心身疾病治療的療效極為緩慢,而且容易在治療過程中產(chǎn)生各類心理問題。患病患兒長期患病,對幼兒健康人格的形成、健全心理的塑造也會產(chǎn)生影響。 幼兒心身問題的研究,可以幫助教育者、家長、社會如何更好地了解幼兒心身疾病,維護(hù)幼兒身心健康,進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識幼兒,正確治療幼兒,并從心、身兩方面開展矯治。在幼兒的身體疾病治療中引入心理治療更能撫慰幼兒心靈,不至于在治療過程中由于幼兒的不知情或不配合而產(chǎn)生不良后果,對幼兒造成傷害。這對于下一代健康成長、未來國家人才的培養(yǎng)有著深遠(yuǎn)的意義。 本研究通過采用《3-6歲幼兒心理健康測量問卷》和自制《兒童概況表》對年齡在3-6歲的口吃、遺尿患兒和與病例組年齡、性別、民族、居住地相同的非口吃、遺尿幼兒為對照組,采取1:1配對進(jìn)行分析。 研究顯示:口吃患兒與正常兒童在語言、社會性及認(rèn)知能力發(fā)展有顯著差異;遺尿患兒在情感與意志和社會性的發(fā)展與正常兒童有顯著差異。而家庭因素相關(guān)分析發(fā)現(xiàn):家族史、家庭環(huán)境和教育方式與口吃遺尿有密切相關(guān)。這說明口吃和遺尿嚴(yán)重影響著幼兒心理健康發(fā)展,我們需要關(guān)注口吃遺尿幼兒的心理健康,并且提倡家庭及社會給幼兒創(chuàng)造良好家庭環(huán)境和實施正確的教養(yǎng)方式,這對于幼兒健康心理的形成、社會化能力的提高有深刻的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Stuttering, enuresis as two typical psychosomatic diseases, in the early childhood stage of high incidence. Stuttering, enuresis children due to the diversity of its etiology, complexity, treatment time long, slow effect. Children during the illness due to incorrect parenting, poor family environment, parental indulgence or harsh criticism, so that the treatment of mental and physical diseases of young children is extremely slow. And it is easy to produce all kinds of psychological problems in the course of treatment. The long-term illness of sick children will have an impact on the formation of healthy personality and the shaping of sound psychology. The study of children's psychosomatic problems can help educators, parents and society to better understand children's psychosomatic diseases, to maintain children's physical and mental health, to further understand children, to correctly treat children, and from the heart. The introduction of psychological treatment in the treatment of children's body diseases can soothe the children's hearts and minds, not because of the children's uninformed or uncoordinated in the treatment process to produce adverse consequences. This is of great significance to the healthy growth of the next generation and the cultivation of talents in the future country. This study used < 3-6 years old children mental health questionnaire > and self-made Children profile Table to stutter, enuresis children aged 3-6 years and with the case group age, sex, nationality. Non-stuttering children with the same residence were used as control group and 1: 1 pairs were used to analyze. The results showed that there were significant differences in language, sociality and cognitive development between children with stuttering and normal children. There were significant differences in the development of emotion, will and sociality between children with enuresis and normal children. Family environment and education style are closely related to stuttering enuresis, which shows that stuttering and enuresis seriously affect the mental health development of children, we need to pay attention to the mental health of children with stuttering enuresis. It also advocates that the family and society should create a good family environment and carry out the correct upbringing mode for the children, which has profound guiding significance for the formation of the healthy psychology and the improvement of the socialization ability of the young children.
