【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代化生活的進步,噪聲污染已經(jīng)日益嚴重。為研究噪聲對母體免疫系統(tǒng)及子代的影響,本實驗以孕鼠為實驗對象構(gòu)建噪聲污染模型,運用RIA法測孕鼠血清皮質(zhì)酮水平,MTT法測孕鼠T、B淋巴細胞轉(zhuǎn)化功能,RT-PCR法測胎肺SP-B mRNA的表達水平。結(jié)果如下:隨著噪聲強度的增加、作用時間的延長,實驗組孕鼠的血清皮質(zhì)酮水平逐漸增加;孕鼠體重增加值逐漸下降;孕鼠胸腺指數(shù)、脾臟指數(shù)逐漸下降;孕鼠T、B淋巴細胞的刺激指數(shù)逐漸下降;胎鼠體重逐漸下降;胎肺表達的SP-B mRNA水平逐漸下降。結(jié)論:大鼠在孕期接受噪聲刺激后,機體產(chǎn)生的皮質(zhì)酮水平升高,其免疫系統(tǒng)功能受到抑制;且可以導致胎兒宮內(nèi)發(fā)育遲緩,IUGR肺發(fā)育不成熟。孕期噪聲暴露對母兒產(chǎn)生上述不良影響,其影響程度與噪聲呈強度-效應、時間-效應關(guān)系,與機體產(chǎn)生的皮質(zhì)酮呈濃度-效應關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:With the progress of modern life, noise pollution has become increasingly serious. In order to study the effect of noise on the maternal immune system and offspring of pregnant rats in this experiment for noise pollution model experiment object construction, measuring the serum corticosterone level in pregnant rats by RIA method, T MTT method of measuring pregnant rats, B lymphocyte transformation function, expression SP-B mRNA measurement of fetal lung RT-PCR method. The results are as follows: with the increase of the noise strength, the prolongation of time, the serum corticosterone level in pregnant rats in experiment group increased gradually; the weight of pregnant rats increased gradually decreased; pregnant rat thymus index, spleen index decreased gradually; pregnant rats T, B lymphocyte stimulation index decreased gradually; the fetal body weight decreased gradually; fetal lung expression of SP-B mRNA decreased. Conclusion: the rats received noise stimulation during pregnancy, the body produces elevated corticosterone levels, the immune system is inhibited and can cause fetal; Intrauterine growth retardation and IUGR lung development are not mature. During pregnancy, noise exposure has adverse effects on mothers and children. The degree of influence is related to noise intensity, time effect relationship and corticosterone effect.
