【摘要】:通過對20例新鮮成人上肢標本腕部尺神經(jīng)與周圍組織關(guān)系的顯微解剖學(xué)研究,探討引起腕部尺神經(jīng)卡壓的相關(guān)因素,以期提高該病的診斷和治療水平。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)并證實小指對掌肌腱弓、尺動脈及其分支、掌腱膜和小魚際筋膜均可以卡壓尺神經(jīng)及其分支;尺動脈及其分支和尺神經(jīng)發(fā)出的小魚際肌肌支走行于小魚際肌腱弓和小指對掌肌間隙出口附近,在切開減壓手術(shù)中應(yīng)注意避免誤傷;小指展肌肌支在小魚際肌腱弓附近發(fā)出,行小指展肌移位重建拇指對掌功能時,需要切斷小魚際肌腱弓。
[Abstract]:The microanatomical study of the relationship between wrist ulnar nerve and surrounding tissues in 20 cases of fresh adult upper limb specimens was carried out to explore the related factors that cause wrist nerve ulnar nerve entrapment, in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of this disease. This study confirmed the fascial arch, the little finger ulnar artery and its branches, palmar aponeurosis and hypothenar fascia can be entrapment of the ulnar nerve and its branches; ulnar artery and its branches and the ulnar nerve from the hypothenar muscle running from the hypothenar tendinous arch and opponens digiti minimi muscle gap near the outlet in the open decompression the operation should pay attention to avoid accidental injury; the little finger abductor muscle branch in the vicinity of the hypothenar tendinous arch of a row, the little finger abductor shift reconstruction of thumb opposing function, need to cut off the hypothenar tendinous arch.
