面對戰(zhàn)爭與工業(yè)文明給人類帶來的困境,勞倫斯提出通過建立人與自然、人與人之間和諧的關(guān)系,來幫助人類尋找出路。在勞倫斯的作品中,無不體現(xiàn)出勞倫斯的“和諧”思想,這與生態(tài)女性主義的觀點(diǎn)不謀而合。生態(tài)女性主義者認(rèn)為對于自然界的支配和壓迫和對于女性的支配和壓迫在思維框架上是同源的,都是建構(gòu)在男性中心論上的一種意識形態(tài)。因此生態(tài)女性主義者倡導(dǎo)把生態(tài)主義與女性主義相結(jié)合,兩者有著共同的目標(biāo),反抗男權(quán)文化。本文從生態(tài)女性主義的視角,探討勞倫斯的“和諧理論”。勞倫斯首先提出人類應(yīng)與自己生活的大自然保持親密接觸。在《虹》中,作者開始意識到工業(yè)文明的弊端。在《戀愛中的女人》中,杰拉爾德是機(jī)械文明的代表,他雖然有著健美的外表,但卻內(nèi)心空虛,最終不僅失去了自己的愛情,而且以死亡為結(jié)局,這使人更為清晰的認(rèn)識機(jī)械文明對人性的摧殘。在《查泰萊夫人的情人》中,克利福德是機(jī)械文明的代表,與杰拉爾德相比,他不僅內(nèi)心扭曲,而且身體殘疾,這使得對機(jī)械文明的批判達(dá)到了極致。除此之外,在《虹》、《戀愛中的女人》和《查泰萊夫人的情人》中都有“裸奔”的場景,都體現(xiàn)出勞倫斯的人與自然和諧相處的理念。在如何調(diào)整人與人之間的關(guān)系問題上,勞倫...
