神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)信息處理和異常功能的復(fù)雜動(dòng)力學(xué)

神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)通過(guò)電活動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)信息處理及生物功能,電活動(dòng)的節(jié)律和時(shí)空行為是功能的動(dòng)力學(xué)表征.神經(jīng)電生理實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)合理論模型,借助于分岔揭示了外界激勵(lì)、參數(shù)和噪聲調(diào)控下的周期、混沌和隨機(jī)等多樣性的節(jié)律模式及其節(jié)律的復(fù)雜轉(zhuǎn)遷規(guī)律,揭示了感覺(jué)神經(jīng)對(duì)信息(如血壓壓力信號(hào)和痛覺(jué)信息)的節(jié)律編碼機(jī)制,揭示了突觸噪聲擴(kuò)大腦神經(jīng)元的信息傳遞能力并對(duì)能力強(qiáng)弱進(jìn)行了分類,結(jié)果可用于提高信息檢測(cè)能力和指導(dǎo)鎮(zhèn)痛;借助于單神經(jīng)元節(jié)律的動(dòng)力學(xué)——如分岔和簇放電節(jié)律的快慢動(dòng)力學(xué)——解釋了網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能異常的時(shí)空行為,如藥物調(diào)控腦皮層的螺旋波/癲癇和慢抑制耦合調(diào)控的運(yùn)動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的同步轉(zhuǎn)遷/運(yùn)動(dòng)模式異常,結(jié)果給出了調(diào)控系統(tǒng)功能的途徑;通過(guò)大數(shù)據(jù)分析獲得自閉癥患者的腦功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)的時(shí)空行為特征——癥狀相關(guān)腦區(qū)的同步活動(dòng)降低,給出了用于診斷的潛在指標(biāo).通過(guò)新實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)、新建理論模型、新分析方法和新觀點(diǎn)闡釋,揭示了神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜動(dòng)力學(xué),認(rèn)識(shí)和解釋了神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的信息處理機(jī)制和異常生物功能/疾病,具有重要科學(xué)意義和潛在應(yīng)用價(jià)值.
