【摘要】：近年來,醫(yī)學(xué)界的技術(shù)發(fā)展飛快,但是仍存在許多問題不能解決,其中許多遺傳疾病發(fā)生的原因仍不能確定,醫(yī)學(xué)者認(rèn)為產(chǎn)生致病基因與遺傳和環(huán)境等多種因素有關(guān)。所以能夠準(zhǔn)確地發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)生某些疾病的致病位點(diǎn)或者在染色體中的位置,對于研究人員進(jìn)行深入探索達(dá)到剖析病理的目的就尤為重要,對于準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測是否患某種疾病也有重要意義。當(dāng)前生物科學(xué)信息技術(shù)和基因組計(jì)劃不斷成熟,使基因數(shù)據(jù)資源更容易收取,于是產(chǎn)生大量的數(shù)據(jù)�；驍�(shù)據(jù)的維數(shù)也相當(dāng)巨大,針對這一問題,本文首先以Lasso方法(全稱Least absolute shrinkage and selection operator)作為懲罰函數(shù),提出K-split與spilt-and-conquer方法,將數(shù)據(jù)集進(jìn)行分塊再整合的辦法進(jìn)行處理。通過檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,K-split方法與Split-and-conquer方法,在海量的基因數(shù)據(jù)中進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián)變量選擇時(shí)不僅節(jié)省了時(shí)間而且選擇出的基因都通過了相關(guān)性檢驗(yàn),但當(dāng)特征維數(shù)較少且遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)小于樣本量時(shí),spilt-and-conquer方法表現(xiàn)更優(yōu)越。最終的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,使用Split-and-conquer的Lasso方法進(jìn)行特征選擇,不僅可以選擇出相關(guān)的致病基因而且可以去除冗余性,而且很大程度上節(jié)省了時(shí)間。一方面,對患病結(jié)果進(jìn)行預(yù)測時(shí),相較于未經(jīng)過變量選擇前,SVM、神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、隨機(jī)森林和Xgboost的預(yù)測效果更好,而且結(jié)果更集中;另一方面對選擇出來的因子做統(tǒng)計(jì)檢驗(yàn),都較好的通過了假設(shè)檢驗(yàn)。
