【摘要】：目的了解小腸結(jié)腸炎耶爾森菌在達(dá)烏爾黃鼠鼠疫疫源地動(dòng)物中的種間帶菌分布情況及其特征,為我國小腸結(jié)腸炎耶爾森菌的研究提供科學(xué)的參考數(shù)據(jù)。方法在達(dá)烏爾黃鼠鼠疫疫源地內(nèi)選擇牧區(qū)、半農(nóng)半牧區(qū)和農(nóng)區(qū)3個(gè)不同生態(tài)環(huán)境,分別采集鼠類、家畜家禽動(dòng)物的糞便、舌根、咽拭子及腸道內(nèi)容物等樣本,進(jìn)行小腸結(jié)腸炎耶爾森菌的分離、鑒定和毒力基因檢測。結(jié)果共檢測各類樣本3 260份,檢出小腸結(jié)腸炎耶爾森菌65株,總檢出率為1.99%;豬的帶菌率最高,其攜帶O∶3/3、O∶5/1A、O∶4/4 3個(gè)血清生物型;其中O∶3/3型致病性菌株攜帶ail、ystA、yadA、VirF、rfbc毒力基因;且在牧區(qū)、半農(nóng)半牧區(qū)、農(nóng)區(qū)的樣本均可檢出陽性菌,以農(nóng)區(qū)最高,檢出率為9.95%。結(jié)論小腸結(jié)腸炎耶爾森菌在內(nèi)蒙古達(dá)烏爾黃鼠鼠疫疫源地中分布較廣,以農(nóng)區(qū)為重;豬是致病性小腸結(jié)腸炎耶爾森菌的主要攜帶者。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution and characteristics of Yersinia enterocolitis in plague foci of Daour gerbils, and to provide scientific reference data for the study of Yersinia enterocolitis in China.
