脂肪因子Apelin的生物學(xué)功能及調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制

【摘要】:Apelin是G蛋白偶聯(lián)的受體血管緊張素Ⅱ受體樣蛋白-J(APJ)的天然配體。過(guò)去的研究表明,Apelin在心血管系統(tǒng)、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)及免疫系統(tǒng)等方面發(fā)揮重要的作用,包括調(diào)控中樞神經(jīng)信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)、誘導(dǎo)血管生成、參與免疫應(yīng)答的調(diào)節(jié)等。近年來(lái)Apelin被確定為一種新型的脂肪細(xì)胞因子,可增加整體能量的消耗、提高胰島素的敏感性從而抑制胰島素抵抗的發(fā)生,與肥胖及其相關(guān)疾病胰島素抵抗有重要關(guān)聯(lián)。目前關(guān)于Apelin調(diào)控機(jī)制的研究有抑制脂肪生成和抑制脂肪分解兩種不同的報(bào)道,有待于進(jìn)一步探討研究,F(xiàn)就Apelin的結(jié)構(gòu)、生理功能及其對(duì)脂肪代謝的調(diào)控機(jī)制進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要綜述,并對(duì)今后在研究和應(yīng)用方面做了展望。
[Abstract]:Apelin is a natural ligand of G protein-coupled receptor angiotensin II receptor-like protein-J (APJ). Previous studies have shown that Apelin plays an important role in cardiovascular system, nervous system and immune system, including regulating signal transduction of central nervous system, inducing angiogenesis, participating in the regulation of immune response and so on. In recent years, Apelin has been identified as a new type of adipocytokines, which can increase the overall energy consumption, improve insulin sensitivity and inhibit the occurrence of insulin resistance, which is closely related to obesity and its related diseases. At present, there are two different reports on the regulation mechanism of Apelin, which are inhibition of fat production and inhibition of fat decomposition, which need to be further studied. In this paper, the structure, physiological function and regulation mechanism of Apelin on fat metabolism are briefly reviewed, and the research and application in the future are prospected.
