【摘要】：正作者在解剖一具10%福爾馬林固定的成年男性尸體時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)其雙側(cè)肌皮神經(jīng)變異。查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),肌皮神經(jīng)變異較多發(fā)生在單側(cè)[1~3]。本例肌皮神經(jīng)的變異主要表現(xiàn)在3處,(1)雙側(cè)肌皮神經(jīng)并未起自臂叢外側(cè)束,而是由正中神經(jīng)外側(cè)根于前臂內(nèi)側(cè)發(fā)出;(2)肌皮神經(jīng)向前外下走行過(guò)程中均未穿喙
[Abstract]:A 10% formalin-fixed adult male cadavers were being dissected and their bilateral musculocutaneous nerve variation was found. The related literature and myocutaneous nerve variation frequently occurred on one side[1 ~ 3]. The change of the musculocutaneous nerve in this case was mainly manifested in 3, (1) the bilateral musculocutaneous nerve did not originate from the lateral bundle of the brachial plexus, but was emitted from the inside of the medial forearm of the median nerve; (2) the myocutaneous nerve did not pass through the beaks in the course of the forward and downward travel.
