【摘要】：目的研究壯藥白金顆粒(白背葉根和金剛刺)對(duì)盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥模型大鼠的藥效學(xué)。方法用大腸桿菌和金黃色葡萄球菌的混合菌加機(jī)械損傷法建立盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥大鼠模型,隨機(jī)分為模型組,白金顆粒高、中、低劑量組,陽性對(duì)照組(地塞米松片、花紅顆粒),空白對(duì)照組及假手術(shù)組8組,每組10只大鼠。連續(xù)給藥14 d后,于末次給藥24 h大鼠腹主動(dòng)脈取血,檢測(cè)血液流變學(xué)、血常規(guī),觀察子宮組織病理形態(tài)。結(jié)果模型大鼠的血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)及白細(xì)胞數(shù)、中性粒細(xì)胞百分比顯著降低,子宮組織病理形態(tài)顯著改善。結(jié)論白金顆粒對(duì)大鼠盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥有較好的治療作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the pharmacokinetics of Zhuangyi Baijin granule (white dorsal leaf root and kanggang thorn) on the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease in rats. Methods the rat model of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases was established by the method of mixed bacteria of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus and mechanical injury. The rats were randomly divided into model group, platinum granule high, middle and low dose group, positive control group (dexamethasone tablets, Hua Hong granule), blank control group and false operation group with 10 rats in each group. After 14 days of continuous administration, blood samples were taken from abdominal aorta of rats at 24 h after the last administration, hemorheology and blood routine were measured, and the pathological morphology of uterine tissue was observed. Results the hemorheological indexes, leukocyte count and neutrophil percentage of the model rats were significantly decreased, and the pathological morphology of uterine tissue was significantly improved. Conclusion Baijin granule has a good therapeutic effect on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases in rats.
