【摘要】：目的:考察普樂士泰膠囊對(duì)慢性非細(xì)菌性前列腺炎(CNP)模型大鼠的改善作用。方法:將60只大鼠隨機(jī)分為假手術(shù)組(蒸餾水)、模型組(蒸餾水)、普樂安片組(陽性對(duì)照,2 g/kg)和普樂士泰膠囊高、中、低劑量組(16、8、4 g/kg),除假手術(shù)組外的其余5組大鼠均注射消痔靈注射液0.2 m L復(fù)制CNP模型。造模7 d后ig相應(yīng)藥物,每日1次,連續(xù)45 d。末次給藥后24 h,肉眼觀察前列腺的病變并稱定其濕質(zhì)量;顯微鏡下進(jìn)行白細(xì)胞(WBC)計(jì)數(shù)和卵磷脂小體(SPL)計(jì)數(shù),并對(duì)前列腺組織切片進(jìn)行病理觀察。結(jié)果:與假手術(shù)組比較,模型組大鼠前列腺局部出現(xiàn)灰白色結(jié)節(jié)、腺體與周圍組織發(fā)生粘連等病變;腺體濕質(zhì)量和前列腺組織中WBC、SPL計(jì)數(shù)均顯著增加(P0.01);顯微鏡下可見前列腺間質(zhì)中有明顯充血、水腫及多種炎癥細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)。與模型組比較,普樂安片組和普樂士泰膠囊各劑量組大鼠前列腺局部灰白色結(jié)節(jié)減少、腺體與周圍組織粘連程度減輕;腺體濕質(zhì)量和前列腺組織中WBC、SPL計(jì)數(shù)均顯著減少(P0.01);顯微鏡下可見病理變化得到不同程度改善,且以普樂士泰膠囊高劑量組改善最為明顯,前列腺組織間質(zhì)中僅有輕度充血、水腫和少量炎癥細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)。結(jié)論:普樂士泰膠囊對(duì)CNP模型大鼠有一定的改善作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the effect of prustitai capsule on rats with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis (CNP). Methods:60 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (distilled water), model group (distilled water), Pu 'an group (positive control,2 g/ kg), and high, middle and low dose group (16,8,4 g/ kg). The CNP model was duplicated with the injection of 0.2m L of the injection of Xiaozhiling injection in the remaining 5 groups except the sham-operation group. The pathological changes of the prostate were observed by naked eyes at 24 h after the last dose, and the white blood cell (WBC) count and the lecithin body (SPL) were counted under the microscope, and the pathological observation of the prostate tissue sections was performed. Results: Compared with the sham-operation group, the local appearance of gray-white nodules in the prostate of the model group and the adhesion of the glands to the surrounding tissues were significantly increased (P0.01), and there was marked congestion in the prostate stroma under the microscope. Edema and multiple inflammatory cell infiltration. Compared with the model group, the local off-white nodules of the prostate were reduced, the degree of adhesion between the gland and the surrounding tissues was reduced, and the number of WBC and SPL in the gland wet and prostate tissues was significantly reduced (P0.01). The pathological changes under the microscope were improved to a different extent, and the most obvious improvement was made in the high dose group of the prustitai capsule, and only mild congestion, edema and a small amount of inflammatory cell infiltration were found in the interstitial tissue of the prostate. Conclusion: The Pule-tai capsule has a certain improvement effect on the CNP model rats.
