球旁細胞光學(xué)顯微鏡下4種染色法結(jié)果觀察

【摘要】:目的探討顯示小鼠球旁細胞的適宜染色方法,更好地為教學(xué)和科研服務(wù)。方法取20只小鼠腎組織做石蠟切片,隨機分為4組,分別用HE染色、高碘酸-Schiff氏反應(yīng)染色、改良結(jié)晶紫染色和免疫組織化學(xué)染色。結(jié)果 HE染色和高碘酸-Schiff氏反應(yīng)染色不能顯示腎球旁細胞;改良結(jié)晶紫染色和免疫組織化學(xué)均能較好地顯示腎球旁細胞(胞質(zhì)內(nèi)有特征性的被染色的分泌顆粒)。結(jié)論改良結(jié)晶紫染色和免疫組織化學(xué)染色對球旁細胞有較好的染色效果,但改良的結(jié)晶紫染色更為簡便、經(jīng)濟、穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore a suitable staining method for displaying peribulbar cells in mice and to serve for teaching and scientific research. Methods the renal tissues of 20 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. HE staining, periodate-Schiff reaction staining, modified crystal purple staining and immunohistochemical staining were used respectively. Results HE staining and periodate-Schiff reaction staining could not show paraval cells, but modified crystal purple staining and Immunohistochemical staining could well display peri-globular cells (characteristic stained secretory particles in cytoplasm). Conclusion modified Crystal Violet staining and Immunohistochemical staining have better staining effect on peribulbar cells, but the improved Crystal Violet staining is more simple, economical and stable.
