【摘要】：CD100屬腦信號蛋白(semaphorin)家族成員,在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)神經(jīng)元的發(fā)育和免疫系統(tǒng)抗體的產(chǎn)生、免疫細胞的黏附等過程中發(fā)揮重要作用。多種蛋白水解酶可以將CD100切割下來產(chǎn)生可溶型CD100(s CD100),其生物學功能與CD100類似。盡管CD100脫落的機制還未完全闡明,但研究發(fā)現(xiàn)多種疾病的發(fā)生與s CD100表達異常有關。本文對s CD100的產(chǎn)生、生物學功能及其與相關疾病如免疫性疾病、腫瘤、骨代謝疾病等的關系進行綜述,并討論其作為疾病早期檢測診斷標志物及治療靶點的可能性。
[Abstract]:CD100, a member of the (semaphorin) family of brain signal proteins, plays an important role in the development of nervous system neurons, the production of antibodies in the immune system and the adhesion of immune cells. A variety of proteolytic enzymes can cut CD100 to produce soluble CD100 (s CD100), and its biological function is similar to that of CD100. Although the mechanism of CD100 shedding has not been fully clarified, it has been found that the occurrence of many diseases is related to the abnormal expression of s CD100. In this paper, the production and biological function of s CD100 and its relationship with related diseases such as immune diseases, tumors and bone metabolic diseases are reviewed, and the possibility of s as a diagnostic marker and therapeutic target for early detection of diseases is discussed.
