離子維C對(duì)干細(xì)胞誘導(dǎo)分化的作用及對(duì)血液紅細(xì)胞功能的影響

【摘要】:維生素C是1種與人體健康關(guān)系密切的必需營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì),廣泛參與體內(nèi)的多種生理功能。近年來(lái)有關(guān)離子狀態(tài)的維生素C(即離子維C)對(duì)干細(xì)胞,特別是對(duì)誘導(dǎo)多潛能干細(xì)胞的重編程、胚胎干細(xì)胞及間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞誘導(dǎo)分化的作用,以及對(duì)血液紅細(xì)胞功能的影響2方面研究成為熱點(diǎn)并在繼續(xù)深入。本文對(duì)這兩方面的綜述旨在使讀者對(duì)離子維C在干細(xì)胞生物學(xué)及血紅細(xì)胞功能中所起作用有切實(shí)的了解。
[Abstract]:Vitamin C is a necessary nutrient closely related to human health, which is widely involved in a variety of physiological functions in the body. In recent years, vitamin C (ion vitamin C), which is about ion state, plays an important role in the reprogramming of stem cells, especially in inducing multipotential stem cells, and the differentiation of embryonic stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells. And the effect on blood red blood cell function has become a hot spot and continues to deepen. In this paper, the purpose of this review is to make readers understand the role of ion vitamin C in stem cell biology and blood red cell function.
