【摘要】：目的:評價(jià)脾虛模型大鼠唾液采集方法的可行性。方法:采集利血平所致脾虛組大鼠和正常組大鼠各24例酸刺激前后的唾液,其中刺激后的唾液以0.4 mol/l 0.50 cm×0.50 cm檸檬酸濾紙,每隔2.5 min刺激大鼠舌尖30 s,獲得刺激后0~5 min、6~10 min和11~15 min的唾液。Bernfeld法測定唾液淀粉酶(s AA)活性,計(jì)算s AA活性比值。結(jié)果:脾虛組衰竭明顯,體質(zhì)量比正常組顯著降低;正常組與分組前所有大鼠刺激前和刺激后s AA活性及其活性比值比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;脾虛組酸刺激前的s AA活性與正常組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,酸刺激后3個(gè)時(shí)間段的s AA活性和活性比值均比正常組顯著降低。結(jié)論:建立唾液采集方法經(jīng)s AA活性分析,表現(xiàn)出與人較為一致的趨勢,可以用于脾虛大鼠s AA相關(guān)研究。
