脛骨內(nèi)注射大鼠骨轉(zhuǎn)移疼痛模型的顯像研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the imaging confirmation of bone lesions in rat breast cancer bone metastasis pain model established by intra-tibia injection. Methods: Walker 256 rats were injected into the tibia cavity of Wistar rats to establish the model of breast cancer pain, and the same amount of PBS solution was injected into the tibia as the control group. The mechanical pain threshold of posterior foot of rats was measured by von-Frey method, and the changes of pain in each group were observed. ~ (99mTc)-MDP bone imaging and CT imaging were performed in the model group and the control group to observe the changes of bone metabolism and bone structure. Results: on the 3rd to 5th day, the mechanical pain threshold of rats with bone metastasis pain of breast cancer was significantly lower than that of the basic value (P0.01), and continued to decrease by 83.2%, reaching the highest pain on the 9th day (P0.001). The post-decline curve tends to change slowly. After 5 days of modeling, the threshold of mechanical pain in the model group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.01). The difference continued to increase until the 9th day. ~ (99mTc)-MDP bone imaging showed that the radioactivity uptake of tumor cells in the tibia of all model groups was significantly higher than that of the contralateral side. CT showed bone destruction in the upper tibia of the model side, and the contralateral bone structure was normal. No bone lesions were found in other parts. In the control group, the radioactivity distribution of both tibia was symmetrical on bone imaging, and the bone structure of both sides was normal on CT. Conclusion: the pain of bone cancer pain model in rats by intra-tibia injection is accurate. ~ (99mTc)-MDP bone imaging and CT can evaluate the occurrence of bone cancer pain model from bone metabolism and bone structure. It is a good imaging method to confirm the success of this kind of bone metastasis pain model.
