DNA條形碼技術(shù)在蚊蟲分類鑒定中的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:DNA條形碼在物種分類鑒定中具有快速、準(zhǔn)確的特點(diǎn)。近年來,基于線粒體細(xì)胞色素c氧化酶亞基Ⅰ(cytochrome c oxidase subunitⅠ,COⅠ)基因的DNA條形碼技術(shù)已成功應(yīng)用于蚊蟲物種水平的鑒定。本文主要對(duì)DNA條形碼技術(shù)及原理,基于COⅠ基因的DNA條形碼技術(shù)對(duì)蚊蟲種和種團(tuán)鑒定的應(yīng)用及其局限性,以及基于COⅡ、16S RNA、核糖體DNA內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)錄間隔區(qū)(ribosome DNA internal transcribed spacer,r DNA-ITS)中的第一內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)錄間隔區(qū)(the first internal transcribed spacer,ITS1)和第二內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)錄間隔區(qū)(the second internal transcribed spacer,ITS2)等其他分子標(biāo)記在蚊蟲分類鑒定中的應(yīng)用及其輔助COⅠ基因?qū)ξ孟x進(jìn)行分類鑒定的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
