【摘要】：目的比較流腦多糖疫苗和流腦結(jié)合疫苗的安全性。方法選擇6~18月齡和36~38月齡的常住健康人群,分別隨機(jī)分為多糖疫苗組和結(jié)合疫苗組接種相應(yīng)疫苗。6~18月齡兒童間隔3個(gè)月接種同種疫苗第2劑,接種后進(jìn)行30 min即時(shí)反應(yīng)和72 h反應(yīng)的隨訪觀察。結(jié)果不論1劑或2劑接種,A群流腦多糖疫苗、A+C群流腦多糖疫苗和A+C群流腦結(jié)合疫苗均表現(xiàn)出良好的耐受性;總體不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為3.44%,均為輕度。各組間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=0.80,P=0.67;χ2=0.79,P=0.67;χ2=3.13,P=0.21)。結(jié)論流腦多糖疫苗和流腦結(jié)合疫苗在兒童中均表現(xiàn)出良好的安全性,建議將流腦結(jié)合疫苗納入國家免疫規(guī)劃,提高預(yù)防效果并擴(kuò)大菌群覆蓋范圍。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the safety of cerebrospinal polysaccharide vaccine and cerebrospinal meningitis combined vaccine. Methods healthy people aged 6-18 months and 36-38 months old were randomly divided into two groups: the vaccine group and the combined vaccine group. The second dose of the same vaccine was given to the children aged 6 months and 18 months at an interval of 3 months, and the children aged 6 months and 18 months were randomly divided into two groups: the polysaccharide vaccine group and the combined vaccine group. All patients were followed up for 30 min immediate response and 72 h response. Results both group A cerebrospinal polysaccharide vaccine (, A C) and group A / C combined vaccine showed good tolerance, and the overall adverse reaction rate was 3.44%, all of which were mild. There was no significant difference among the three groups (蠂 2 = 0.80, P = 0.67; 蠂 2 = 0.79, P = 0.67; 蠂 2 = 3.13, P = 0.21). Conclusion both cerebrospinal polysaccharide vaccine and cerebrospinal fluid combined vaccine are safe in children. It is suggested that the vaccine should be incorporated into the national immunization program to improve the preventive effect and expand the coverage of the flora.
