瘧原蟲(chóng)薄血膜圖像自動(dòng)檢測(cè)技術(shù)研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:本文綜述了計(jì)算機(jī)視覺(jué)和圖像分析技術(shù)應(yīng)用于瘧原蟲(chóng)薄血膜涂片顯微圖像自動(dòng)檢測(cè)的研究進(jìn)展。在介紹自動(dòng)檢測(cè)技術(shù)背景和意義的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對(duì)現(xiàn)有自動(dòng)檢測(cè)技術(shù)進(jìn)行總結(jié),將其分為圖像獲取、前處理、形態(tài)學(xué)分析、圖像分割、瘧原蟲(chóng)計(jì)數(shù)與分類等步驟;然后詳細(xì)綜述了各步驟的原理和現(xiàn)有實(shí)現(xiàn)方法;最后提出了自動(dòng)檢測(cè)技術(shù)的推廣應(yīng)用及厚血膜的自動(dòng)檢測(cè)等有待研究的問(wèn)題,為后續(xù)研究瘧原蟲(chóng)圖像的自動(dòng)顯微診斷提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the application of computer vision and image analysis techniques in the automatic detection of blood film smears of Plasmodium falciparum. Based on the introduction of the background and significance of automatic detection technology, the existing automatic detection techniques are summarized, which are divided into image acquisition, pre-processing, morphological analysis, image segmentation, malaria parasite counting and classification. Then the principle of each step and the existing implementation methods are summarized in detail. Finally, the application of automatic detection technology and the automatic detection of thick blood membrane are put forward, which provides a new idea for the further study of automatic microscopic diagnosis of Plasmodium falciparum image.
