【摘要】：目的研究抗菌肽LL-37對銅綠假單胞菌生物膜的作用。 方法體外建立銅綠假單胞菌生物膜模型，采用掃描電鏡和結(jié)晶紫染色定量法觀察抗菌肽LL-37作用后生物膜結(jié)構(gòu)和量的改變。 結(jié)果經(jīng)過抗菌肽LL-37作用后，銅綠假單胞菌成熟生物膜結(jié)構(gòu)被破壞，當(dāng)LL-37濃度為5μg/ml時即可破壞生物膜結(jié)構(gòu)，，且隨著LL-37濃度增加，生物膜的量逐漸減少。 結(jié)論抗菌肽LL-37可以破壞銅綠假單胞菌生物膜結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of antimicrobial peptide LL-37 on Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm. Methods the biofilm model of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was established in vitro. The structure and quantity of biofilm were observed by scanning electron microscopy and crystal violet staining. Results the mature biofilm structure of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was destroyed after the action of antimicrobial peptide LL-37. When the concentration of LL-37 was 5 渭 g/ml, the biofilm structure could be destroyed, and the amount of biofilm decreased with the increase of LL-37 concentration. Conclusion the antimicrobial peptide LL-37 can destroy the biofilm structure of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
