【摘要】：正在解剖一具老年男性尸體(身長1.68 cm)時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)腹腔干位置較正常位置偏下,并伴有脾動(dòng)脈起源變異(圖1)。為積累國人解剖學(xué)數(shù)值,和為臨床診斷、手術(shù)治療等提供參考資料,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下:腹腔干:平第2腰椎上緣由腹主動(dòng)脈前壁發(fā)出,起始外徑5.3 mm,血管干走行2.0 cm后,向左發(fā)出胃左動(dòng)脈(外徑5.0mm,長4.2 cm),向右發(fā)出肝總動(dòng)脈(外徑5.0 mm,長4.0 cm),此2支血管成82°夾角。肝總動(dòng)脈向右下發(fā)出胃十二腸動(dòng)脈(外徑3.2 mm),向右上發(fā)出肝固有動(dòng)脈(外徑3.5 mm)。正常情況
[Abstract]:While dissecting an elderly male cadaver (1. 68 cm), it was found that the position of the celiac trunk was lower than normal and accompanied by variation of the origin of the splenic artery (Fig. 1). In order to accumulate the anatomic value of Chinese, and to provide reference materials for clinical diagnosis and surgical treatment, this paper reports as follows: celiac trunk: the anterior wall of abdominal aorta was produced on the second lumbar vertebra, and the external diameter of 5.3 mm, vessel trunk was removed for 2.0 cm. Left gastric left artery (external diameter 5.0mm, long 4.2 cm),) issued common hepatic artery (5.0 mm, long 4.0 cm),). The two vessels had an angle of 82 擄. The common hepatic artery sends out the gastric dodecaintestinal artery to the lower right (external diameter 3. 2 mm),) and the superior right hepatic artery (external diameter 3. 5 mm).
