【摘要】：正胃腸鏡檢查是目前發(fā)現(xiàn)胃腸道腫瘤及癌前病變最簡(jiǎn)便、最安全、最有效的方法,胃腸活檢病理是診斷該類疾病的金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。工作中,活體胃腸活檢標(biāo)本較小,在石蠟包埋中,一般采用6~8張切面鋪片僅有限覆蓋病變,造成小標(biāo)本診斷信息丟失,影響診斷醫(yī)師準(zhǔn)確而全面的病理診斷;為呈現(xiàn)最大限度覆蓋病變,避免造成小標(biāo)本表淺病變?cè)\斷信息丟失。胃腸活檢病理采用三段連續(xù)超長(zhǎng)切片,行全切片鋪片,最大限
[Abstract]:Positive gastroscopy is the simplest, safest and most effective method for the detection of gastrointestinal tumors and precancerous lesions. Gastrointestinal biopsy and pathology are the golden criteria for the diagnosis of these diseases. In the work, the living gastrointestinal biopsy specimens were small, in the paraffin embedding, 68 pieces of sectioned slices were used to cover the lesions only limited, which resulted in the loss of diagnostic information of the small specimens, which affected the accurate and comprehensive pathological diagnosis of the diagnostics. In order to cover the lesions to the maximum extent and avoid the loss of diagnostic information of superficial lesions in small specimens. The pathology of gastrointestinal biopsy was made with three segments of continuous ultra-long section, and the whole section was prepared with the maximum limit.
