【摘要】：MiR-200c在肺、肝、腎、腹膜、皮膚纖維化及翼狀胬肉中異常表達。多項研究表明miR-200c與臟器纖維化密切相關,miR-200c主要通過調控TGF-β介導的上皮間質轉化參與調控纖維化的發(fā)生發(fā)展;血清中miR-200c的表達異常可能為肺纖維化的早期診斷提供依據(jù),實驗表明miRNA mimics,miRNA agomir,miRNA抑制劑是纖維化潛在的靶標治療工具。作者對miR-200c的表達、調控及其在臟器纖維化的診斷、治療和預后判斷中的作用進行了綜述。
[Abstract]:Abnormal expression of MiR-200c in lung, liver, kidney, peritoneum, skin fibrosis and pterygium. Many studies have shown that miR-200c is closely related to organ fibrosis, and miR-200c plays an important role in the development of fibrosis by regulating the epithelial interstitial transformation mediated by TGF- 尾. The abnormal expression of miR-200c in serum may provide evidence for the early diagnosis of pulmonary fibrosis. It is suggested that miRNA mimics,miRNA agomir,miRNA inhibitor is a potential therapeutic tool for pulmonary fibrosis. The expression, regulation and role of miR-200c in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of visceral fibrosis were reviewed.
