【摘要】:正DNA甲基化的形式主要包括以下3種:5-甲基胞嘧啶(5mC)、N~6-甲基嘌呤(N6mA)以及7-甲基鳥嘌呤(7mG)~([1])。目前,研究得最為廣泛也最為透徹的就是主要存在于CpG島中胞嘧啶的甲基化修飾,即5mC。在哺乳動(dòng)物基因組中大約有70%~80%的CpG島區(qū)域的胞嘧啶存在甲基化修飾~([2])。而CpG島的甲基化是基因沉默的一個(gè)重要標(biāo)志,在調(diào)控基因
[Abstract]:There are three main forms of methylation of DNA: 5-methylcytosine (5mC), N-methyl-6-methylpurine (N6mA) and 7-methylguanine (7mG) ~ (1). At present, the most widely studied and thoroughly studied is the methylation modification of cytosine that mainly exists in CpG island, that is, 5mC. About 70% of the CpG island region in mammalian genome contains methylation modification of cytosine ([2]). Methylation of CpG island is an important marker of gene silencing.
