兒童旋前圓肌及指淺屈肌的肌內(nèi)神經(jīng)分布模式:為BTX-A的注射提供解剖定位
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the distribution of the endofrequency nerve dense area in children's flexor digitorum and circumflex muscle so as to provide anatomic location for the treatment of spasm of forearm muscle by BTX-A injection in children with cerebral palsy. Methods Sihler's intramuscular nerve staining was used to observe the distribution pattern of intramuscular nerve branches in children's anterior circle and flexor digitorum. Results the nerve entry points of the circumflex teres muscle were upper and lower, and the nerve branches in the lower part were thicker and wider. The intramuscular nerve branches were broomlike, and there were obvious "O" and "Y" anastomoses at the ends of the adjacent nerve branches. The central part of the intramuscular terminal nerve of the muscle is located in the middle of the muscle. The nerve entry points of the flexor digitorum superficial muscle are upper, middle and lower 3, and the dense area of the intramuscular terminal nerve can be divided into three parts, the middle of which is the most dense, and the "Y" and "O" anastomosis can be seen among the terminal nerves. Conclusion in view of the fact that the intramuscular terminal nerve dense areas of the two muscles are located in the central part of the muscle, the best injection target for the treatment of muscle spasm with BTX-A should be in the middle of the muscle when the spasm of the anterior circumflex muscle and flexor digitalis muscle is in children with cerebral palsy.
