【摘要】：隨著第二代測(cè)序技術(shù)的發(fā)展,組學(xué)技術(shù)在微生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域的運(yùn)用變得廣泛,其中病毒宏基因組學(xué)技術(shù)在發(fā)現(xiàn)未知病毒和病毒檢測(cè)方面發(fā)揮了越來(lái)越重要的作用。序列非依賴(lài)性擴(kuò)增是病毒宏基因組學(xué)研究中最關(guān)鍵的一步,它直接影響目的序列的獲得及后續(xù)實(shí)驗(yàn)的展開(kāi)。本文主要介紹和歸納了幾種常用的序列非依賴(lài)性擴(kuò)增技術(shù)在病毒宏基因組學(xué)中的應(yīng)用,比較、分析了幾種序列非賴(lài)依性擴(kuò)增的差別和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),為讀者使用此技術(shù)提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of the second generation sequencing technology, the application of cluster technology in the field of microbiology has become more and more extensive. Virus macro genomics technology has played a more and more important role in the detection of unknown viruses and viruses. Sequence-independent amplification is the most important step in the study of virus macrogenomics. It directly affects the acquisition of the target sequence and the development of subsequent experiments. This paper mainly introduces and summarizes the application of several commonly used sequence-independent amplification techniques in virus macrogenomics, and analyzes the differences, advantages and disadvantages of several sequence independent amplification techniques, which provides a reference for readers to use this technique.
