【摘要】：隨著第二代測序技術的發(fā)展,組學技術在微生物學領域的運用變得廣泛,其中病毒宏基因組學技術在發(fā)現(xiàn)未知病毒和病毒檢測方面發(fā)揮了越來越重要的作用。序列非依賴性擴增是病毒宏基因組學研究中最關鍵的一步,它直接影響目的序列的獲得及后續(xù)實驗的展開。本文主要介紹和歸納了幾種常用的序列非依賴性擴增技術在病毒宏基因組學中的應用,比較、分析了幾種序列非賴依性擴增的差別和優(yōu)缺點,為讀者使用此技術提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of the second generation sequencing technology, the application of cluster technology in the field of microbiology has become more and more extensive. Virus macro genomics technology has played a more and more important role in the detection of unknown viruses and viruses. Sequence-independent amplification is the most important step in the study of virus macrogenomics. It directly affects the acquisition of the target sequence and the development of subsequent experiments. This paper mainly introduces and summarizes the application of several commonly used sequence-independent amplification techniques in virus macrogenomics, and analyzes the differences, advantages and disadvantages of several sequence independent amplification techniques, which provides a reference for readers to use this technique.
