【摘要】：正免疫組化染色技術(shù)在現(xiàn)代病理診斷工作中起著十分重要的作用。了解常規(guī)HE染色無(wú)法區(qū)分或較難辨別的情況,為病理腫瘤的鑒別診斷、預(yù)后判斷提供不可或缺的重要依據(jù)。但在一些病理組織標(biāo)本中含有與免疫組化陽(yáng)性顆粒相近的色素,如黑色素。這些色素沉積若大量存在會(huì)不同程度遮蓋組織細(xì)胞的結(jié)構(gòu)與形態(tài)。特別是免疫組化染色時(shí)會(huì)與DAB顯色的陽(yáng)性顆粒相互干擾,難以區(qū)分。對(duì)免疫組化結(jié)果判讀造成一定的影響。這就需要有一些辦法來(lái)解決。傳
[Abstract]:Positive immunohistochemical staining plays an important role in modern pathological diagnosis. To understand the situation which can not be distinguished or difficult to distinguish by conventional HE staining provides an indispensable basis for differential diagnosis and prognostic judgment of pathological tumors. However, some pathological specimens contain pigments similar to immunohistochemical positive granules, such as melanin. The presence of these pigments will cover up the structure and morphology of tissues and cells to varying degrees. In particular, immunohistochemical staining will interfere with DAB positive granules, so it is difficult to distinguish. It has a certain effect on the interpretation of immunohistochemical results.
