生物節(jié)律及其基因研究進展

【摘要】:正大量研究結果表明,生物節(jié)律的紊亂與多種疾病的發(fā)生風險密切相關,如糖尿病、代謝失調、睡眠障礙、肥胖、抑郁癥以及多種惡性腫瘤等。因此,國內外對生物鐘系統(tǒng)的研究已經(jīng)成為一個熱點,包括在機體器官和組織中的具體定位、物質代謝、胞內和胞間信使的網(wǎng)絡偶聯(lián)以及調控分子的表達等。尤其是晝夜節(jié)律對機體的作用機制的研究,已經(jīng)成為各個研究領域的熱點。本文檢索相關文獻,綜述如下。1生物節(jié)律基因之間的相互作用
[Abstract]:Positive results show that the disorder of biological rhythm is closely related to the risk of many diseases, such as diabetes, metabolic disorders, sleep disorders, obesity, depression and many kinds of malignant tumors. Therefore, the research on the biological clock system has become a hot topic at home and abroad, including the specific location in organs and tissues, the metabolism of substances, the network coupling of intracellular and intercellular messengers, and the regulation of molecular expression. In particular, the study of the mechanism of circadian rhythm to the body has become a hot spot in various research fields.
