NOD蛋白與免疫應(yīng)答

【摘要】:NOD蛋白包括NOD1和NOD2,兩者識(shí)別細(xì)菌肽聚糖的片段,誘導(dǎo)促炎和抗菌反應(yīng)。在本篇綜述中,我們介紹近年來NOD蛋白的研究進(jìn)展,包括激活的方式,信號(hào)途徑的調(diào)節(jié),在細(xì)胞中的定位以及在免疫防御過程中發(fā)揮的作用。洞悉NOD蛋白誘導(dǎo)的信號(hào)通路有助于了解相關(guān)疾病的致病機(jī)理,為疾病的治療提供新的視角。
[Abstract]:NOD proteins, including NOD1 and NOD2, recognize fragments of bacterial peptidoglycan and induce inflammatory and antimicrobial reactions. In this review, we review the recent advances in the study of NOD proteins, including the way of activation, regulation of signal pathways, localization in cells and role in immune defense. Understanding the signal pathway induced by NOD protein is helpful to understand the pathogenesis of related diseases and provide a new perspective for the treatment of diseases.
