IL-10在結(jié)核分枝桿菌感染和免疫中作用的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:白細(xì)胞介素10(interleukin 10,IL-10)是一種多功能、多細(xì)胞源性的細(xì)胞因子,因其具有強(qiáng)抗炎和免疫抑制活性而成為研究熱點(diǎn)。在結(jié)核病的發(fā)生發(fā)展中,IL-10的免疫抑制作用受到了研究者的關(guān)注,其既能抑制天然免疫,也能影響獲得性免疫。研究者普遍認(rèn)為IL-10與結(jié)核分枝桿菌的免疫逃避及潛伏性感染有關(guān)。鑒于其在結(jié)核分枝桿菌感染中獨(dú)特的作用,作者對(duì)近幾年IL-10在結(jié)核分枝桿菌免疫逃避、潛伏感染、臨床輔助治療及自身表達(dá)調(diào)控等方面的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述。
[Abstract]:Interleukin-10 (interleukin 10) is a multifunctional, multicell derived cytokine, which has become a hot research topic because of its anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive activity. In the pathogenesis and development of tuberculosis, the immunosuppressive effect of IL-10 has attracted the attention of researchers. It can inhibit both innate and acquired immunity. Researchers generally believe that IL-10 is associated with immune evasion and latent infection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. In view of its unique role in Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, this paper reviews the recent progress of IL-10 in immune evasion, latent infection, clinical adjuvant therapy and self-expression regulation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
