【摘要】：目的從非編碼RNA(ncRNA)的層面解析病毒入侵、病毒與宿主之間相互作用的機制。方法基于病毒相關(guān)蛋白質(zhì)/ncRNA互作網(wǎng)絡(luò),計算網(wǎng)絡(luò)中節(jié)點的度和介數(shù),并采用威爾森秩和檢驗來比較與背景網(wǎng)絡(luò)度和介數(shù)的顯著差異情況。結(jié)果病毒相關(guān)的人類蛋白質(zhì)和ncRNA在各自相應(yīng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)和細胞死亡網(wǎng)絡(luò)中為hub節(jié)點和bottleneck節(jié)點。那些既被病毒蛋白質(zhì)又被病毒ncRNA靶向作用的人類蛋白質(zhì)有著更高的度和介數(shù),并且顯著地富集在細胞死亡進程上。結(jié)論人類蛋白質(zhì)和ncRNA都對病毒入侵起著重要的作用,病毒入侵宿主會影響人類宿主細胞中重要的蛋白質(zhì)和ncRNA。
[Abstract]:Aim to analyze the mechanism of virus invasion and virus-host interaction at the level of non-coding RNA (ncRNA). Methods based on the virus-associated protein / ncRNA interaction network, the degree and the number of the nodes in the network were calculated, and the significant differences between the network and the background network were compared by Wilson's rank sum test. Results the virus related human protein and ncRNA were hub nodes and bottleneck nodes in their respective networks and cell death networks. Those human proteins targeted by both viral proteins and viral ncRNA have higher degrees and mediums and are significantly enriched in the process of cell death. Conclusion both human protein and ncRNA play an important role in virus invasion. Virus invading host may affect the important proteins and ncRNA. in human host cells.
