【摘要】：目的:探討清肺培元顆粒對免疫低下肺部感染小鼠的可能作用機制。方法:建立免疫低下肺部感染小鼠模型,隨機分為8組,各組給藥14d后摘取眼球取靜脈血;流式細(xì)胞術(shù)檢測小鼠外周血中CD_4~+T、CD_8~+T細(xì)胞含量,計數(shù)CD_4~+/CD_8~+的比值;ELISA法測定小鼠血清中白細(xì)胞介素6(IL-6)及降鈣素(PCT)含量。結(jié)果:各治療組病理學(xué)改變較模型組輕,中西藥組,清肺培元顆粒中、高劑量組改善明顯;與正常對照組比較,模型組CD4+顯著降低(P0.05),CD_8~+顯著升高(P0.05);與模型組比較,用藥后清肺培元顆粒3個劑量組小鼠,CD_4~+T淋巴細(xì)胞水平及CD_4~+/CD_8~+比值明顯升高,同時降低CD_8~+T淋巴細(xì)胞數(shù)量(P0.05);模型小鼠血清中IL-6、PCT表達(dá)水平均較正常組增高(P0.05),各治療組較模型組顯著降低(P0.01)。結(jié)論:清肺培元顆粒有效地調(diào)節(jié)小鼠外周血T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群的水平,降低IL-6、PCT的表達(dá)水平,能夠增強機體免疫功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the possible mechanism of Qingfei Peiyuan granule on immunosuppression pulmonary infection mice. Methods: the model of immunosuppression pulmonary infection was established in mice. The mice were randomly divided into 8 groups. After 14 days of administration, the eyeballs were removed and the venous blood was taken out in each group. The content of CD8T cells and the ratio of CD_4~ / CD_8~ in peripheral blood of mice were measured by flow cytometry, and the contents of interleukin 6 (IL-6) and calcitonin (PCT) in serum of mice were measured by ELISA method. Results: the pathological changes of each treatment group were lighter than those of the model group, the high dose group of Qingfei Peiyuan granule and the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly improved, compared with the normal control group, the CD4 of the model group was significantly decreased (P0.05), the CD_8~ significantly increased (P0.05). Compared with the model group, the level of CD_4~ T lymphocytes and the ratio of CD_4~ / CD_8~ were significantly increased and the number of CD_8~ T lymphocytes was decreased (P0.05). The expression of IL-6,PCT in serum of the model mice was higher than that of the normal group (P0.05), and the expression of IL-6,PCT in each treatment group was significantly lower than that in the model group (P0.01). Conclusion: Qingfei Peiyuan granule can effectively regulate the level of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of mice, reduce the expression of IL-6,PCT, and enhance the immune function of the body.
