【摘要】：目的:觀察激素誘導(dǎo)下的股骨頭壞死兔模型血漿中三酰甘油(TG)代謝特點及中藥骨蝕靈膠囊的干預(yù)作用。方法:構(gòu)建激素誘導(dǎo)下的股骨頭壞死兔模型,運用UPLC/MS分析技術(shù),觀察兔模型血漿中TG體內(nèi)代謝變化特點,分析與股骨頭局部組織形態(tài)學(xué)改變的相關(guān)性;對比觀察骨蝕靈膠囊對TG體內(nèi)代謝的干預(yù)效果。結(jié)果:與正常對照組比較,模型組、中藥組與西藥組的TG代謝在各時間節(jié)點均出現(xiàn)顯著紊亂(P0.01);與模型組比較,第3、5周時中藥組與西藥組的TG均下降(P0.05);中藥與西藥組間比較無顯著差異;與模型組比較,中藥組與西藥組的MRI檢查僅見少量高信號的關(guān)節(jié)腔積液影像及股骨頭中心信號偏低,病理學(xué)顯示股骨頭骨壞死程度輕微,且中藥組好于西藥組。結(jié)論:中藥骨蝕靈與西藥辛伐他汀同樣具有降低血脂中TG作用,這可能是中藥骨蝕靈預(yù)防激素性股骨頭壞死的作用機制之一;中藥復(fù)方以其多"靶點",整合調(diào)節(jié)作用強,毒副作用小而更具優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the metabolic characteristics of triglyceride (TG) in plasma of steroid induced femoral head necrosis rabbit model and the intervention effect of Guyongling capsule. Methods: a steroid-induced rabbit model of femoral head necrosis was established. The metabolic characteristics of plasma TG in rabbits were observed by UPLC/MS analysis, and the correlation between the changes of local histomorphology and the changes of femoral head were analyzed. To observe the effect of Gukongling capsule on metabolism of TG. Results: compared with the normal control group, the TG metabolism of the model group, the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group were significantly disturbed at each time point (P0.01), and the TG of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group decreased at the 3rd week (P0.05), compared with the model group (P0.01). There was no significant difference between the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group. Compared with the model group, the MRI examination of the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group showed only a small amount of hyperintense articular effusion image and the central signal of the femoral head were low, the pathology showed that the degree of osteonecrosis of the femoral head was slight, and the Chinese medicine group was better than the western medicine group. Conclusion: Guyongling has the same effect as simvastatin to reduce TG in blood lipids, which may be one of the mechanisms of Guyongling to prevent steroid-induced femoral head necrosis. Traditional Chinese medicine compound with its many "target", the integration regulation function is strong, the toxicity side effect is small and has the superiority.
