【摘要】：舒張性心力衰竭患者在并發(fā)高血壓、糖尿病、心肌缺血和老齡化時(shí)可顯著增加心衰的發(fā)病率,目前其潛在發(fā)病機(jī)制尚不完全清楚。隨著我國(guó)人口老齡化的加劇,舒張性心力衰竭的患病率和死亡率明顯上升,嚴(yán)重影響人們的生活質(zhì)量和壽命。建立實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物模型時(shí)盡量模擬臨床發(fā)病誘因和特征,可以更真實(shí)地揭示疾病的發(fā)病機(jī)制或藥物的作用機(jī)制。本文從舒張性心力衰竭的主要誘因重點(diǎn)綜述構(gòu)建舒張性心力衰竭實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物模型的方法和各自的特點(diǎn),為將來更多的研究舒張性心力衰竭發(fā)病機(jī)制的研究者提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Diastolic heart failure patients with hypertension, diabetes, myocardial ischemia and aging can significantly increase the incidence of heart failure. With the aggravation of population aging in China, the prevalence and mortality of diastolic heart failure have increased significantly, which has seriously affected the quality of life and life span of people. In order to reveal the pathogenesis of the disease or the action mechanism of drugs, the experimental animal model can simulate the clinical inducement and characteristics as far as possible. In this paper, the methods and characteristics of experimental animal models of diastolic heart failure are reviewed from the main inducements of diastolic heart failure, which provide the basis for more researchers to study the pathogenesis of diastolic heart failure in the future.
