【摘要】：蝙蝠是一些重要病毒的自然儲存宿主。2010-2015年調(diào)查研究表明,云南省蝙蝠中廣泛存在SARS樣冠狀病毒(SARS-like CoV)和其它多種類型冠狀病毒(α-CoV和β-CoV)的自然感染,還從蝙蝠中分離或檢測到新的呼腸孤病毒(Reovirus)、輪狀病毒(Rotavirus)、肝炎病毒(Orthohepadnavirus)、絲狀病毒(Filovirus)、副粘病毒(Paramyxovirus)、腺病毒(Adenovirus)、博卡病毒(Bocavirus)和圓形病毒(Circovirus)。本文對云南省自然界蝙蝠攜帶重要人獸共患病相關(guān)病毒病原的研究進展及其公共衛(wèi)生意義做一綜述。
[Abstract]:Bats are the natural storage hosts of some important viruses. The investigation from 2010 to 2015 shows that SARS like coronavirus (SARS-like CoV) and many other types of coronaviruses (偽 -CoV and 尾 -CoV) are widely infected in bats in Yunnan Province. New reovirus (Reovirus), rotavirus (Rotavirus), hepatitis (Orthohepadnavirus), filamentous virus (Filovirus), paramyxovirus (Paramyxovirus), (Adenovirus), Boca virus (Bocavirus) and circular virus (Circovirus). Were also isolated or detected from bats. This article reviews the research progress and public health significance of bats carrying important zoonotic virus pathogens in Yunnan Province.
