胎肺血管的三維重建及臨床意義

【摘要】:目的建立胎肺血管的三維可視化解剖模型,為臨床科研和基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué)奠定形態(tài)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。方法制作和觀察1例38周胎肺血管鑄型標(biāo)本,利用128層螺旋CT對鑄型標(biāo)本進(jìn)行掃描和CT自帶Mxview工作站進(jìn)行重建胎肺三維數(shù)字化模型。結(jié)果胎肺血管鑄型標(biāo)本清晰地顯示肺部血管分布及走向情況,重建的胎肺血管三維模型可在普通計(jì)算機(jī)的三維空間內(nèi)沿任意軸旋轉(zhuǎn)任意角度、縮放,且可進(jìn)行任意角度的虛擬切割解剖。結(jié)論采用血管鑄型和螺旋CT掃描能多角度、多層面顯示胎兒肺部的血管走向和分布,為構(gòu)建宮內(nèi)手術(shù)虛擬平臺奠定形態(tài)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a three-dimensional visual anatomical model of fetal pulmonary vessels and to lay a morphological foundation for clinical research and basic medicine teaching. Methods A 38-week-old fetal pulmonary vascular cast specimen was made and observed. The three-dimensional digital model of fetal lung was reconstructed by using 128-slice spiral CT and CT Mxview workstation. Results the distribution and direction of pulmonary blood vessels were clearly displayed in the cast specimen of fetal pulmonary vessels. The reconstructed three-dimensional model of fetal pulmonary vessels could be rotated and scaled at any angle along any axis in the three-dimensional space of common computer. And can carry out any angle of virtual cutting anatomy. Conclusion Vascular casting and spiral CT scanning can display the direction and distribution of fetal lung blood vessels in multiple angles and lay a morphological foundation for the construction of virtual platform for intrauterine surgery.
